Shipping
Every piece is made to order. Sculpting, glazing and firing take 21 to 35 days, and shipping adds another 7 to 14 days. Plan on 4 to 7 weeks in total.

Production time
21–35 days, depending on the piece. This is not a queue — it is the actual time it takes to sculpt a figurine by hand, let it dry completely, glaze it, and fire it at 1200°C. Clay that goes into the kiln damp will crack, so this part cannot be shortened.
You will receive a photo of the raw sculpture partway through, before firing, so you can request changes while the clay is still workable.

All orders ship with tracking. You will get the number by email the day the piece leaves the studio.

Where we ship from
Our studio is in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Everything is made here, by hand, by the people who run the studio. We say so plainly because it shows up on the customs label anyway, and we would rather you hear it from us.
Customs and import duties
Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Where they apply, they are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by your local customs authority. Most personal-value orders to the US, UK, Canada and Australia clear without charges, but we cannot guarantee it.
Packaging
Every piece is wrapped in three layers of shockproof packaging. If something arrives broken, send us a photo and we will remake and reship it at no cost — see the breakage warranty.
Ordering for a specific date
Because of the 4–7 week lead time, orders for Christmas should be placed by early November, and orders for Valentine's Day by early January. If you have a date in mind, message us before ordering — we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable rather than take the order and hope.
