How your parcel gets there

Australia and New Zealand are geographically our closest major market, and transit is usually at the faster end of our range. Australia Post handles final delivery. Biosecurity screening occasionally adds a day or two, which is normal and not a sign of a problem.

Final delivery is handled by Australia Post, and tracking continues through to your door.

Customs and duties

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Where they apply they are collected by Australian Border Force or by the carrier on their behalf, and they are the buyer's responsibility.

Thresholds and rates change, sometimes at short notice, so we do not quote figures here — a wrong number on this page would be a wrong promise about your money. Check the current rules at Australian Border Force .

Your rights as a Australian buyer

Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply to goods sold to Australian consumers, including that goods match their description and are of acceptable quality. Our breakage warranty sits on top of that, not instead of it.

Separately from any of that: if a piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days and we remake it free. See the breakage warranty.

Ordering for a date

With a 4–7 week lead time, Christmas orders should be placed by early November and Valentine's Day orders by early January.

If you are working towards a specific date, message us before ordering. We will tell you honestly whether it is achievable rather than take the order and hope.

Pricing in AUD

Our Etsy shop is priced in Canadian dollars. Etsy converts to AUD at checkout using its own rate, so the figure you pay may differ slightly from a direct conversion of the listed price.
