Privacy Policy
The short version: we use your photos to sculpt your pet and for nothing else unless you tell us otherwise. We never sell your data. You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time.

Photos of your pet
The photos you send are working reference material. An artisan looks at them while sculpting, and that is the whole purpose.
- We keep them for up to 12 months after your order, in case you want a matching piece later. After that they are deleted.
- We do not use them in marketing, on this site, or on social media unless you say yes. We will ask; you can say no and it changes nothing about your order.
- We do not share them with anyone outside the studio.
What we collect
- Order details — name, delivery address, email, your pet's name and the details you want on the piece.
- Correspondence — emails and messages, kept so we have a record of what was agreed.
- Site analytics — aggregate page views. No profile is built about you as an individual.
Payment card details never reach us. Payments are handled by Etsy or by our payment processor, and we only see that an order was paid.
Memorial pages
We are building an optional digital memorial page feature. It is not on sale yet. When it launches, any page will be private by default and will not be indexed by search engines unless the owner explicitly chooses to make it public. Sample pages currently on this site are demonstrations and contain no real customer data.
Your rights
Email pepplestudio@gmail.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK, EU, Canada or Australia, this is your right under local data protection law; we extend the same to everyone regardless of where you live.
