I am absolutely thrilled. The urn turned out beautifully, exactly as I had imagined it. You can tell how much love and care went into its creation. Especially with such an emotional and special keepsake, this means so much to me. Thank you so much for this wonderful work – I wholeheartedly recommend it!

A beautiful tribute to my best friend. The people who make this are super sweet, take your requests into account, and keep you updated on the process. I am incredibly grateful to them and couldn't imagine a better urn than the one they made. Very grateful that they gave my dearest little dog the most beautiful forever home.

It took me a lot of courage to post this review. Honestly, I had a hard time accepting the fact that my beloved Apple has moved on. The customer service from this seller is very kind, patient, and understanding. They guided me through the process of Apple's urn every step of the way.

Opening my piece made me so emotional. It was hard to choose where my baby boy's remains would lay… so seeing it for the first time was nerve wracking. They did a beautiful job… I'm very happy with my piece.

Everything You Need To Know

Learn more about our 1200°C ceramic crafting process, custom 3D pet figurines, and keepsake care.

You send us photos — ideally three or four from different angles, showing their face and markings clearly. We sculpt the figurine by hand from those photos, then hand-paint the details. Before firing, we send you a photo of the raw sculpture so you can ask for changes while the clay is still soft.
Sculpting, glazing and firing take 21 to 35 days, and international shipping adds another 7 to 14 days. Plan on 4 to 7 weeks in total. If you need it for a specific date, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
Size is based on your pet's weight before cremation. Size S (8 cm) suits pets up to about 10 kg, size M (10 cm) up to about 20 kg, and size L (13 cm) up to about 40 kg. If your pet falls between sizes, choose the larger one — see our size guide for the full chart.
Yes. Firing at 1200°C vitrifies the clay, which means it stops being porous — moisture cannot get in or out. A high-fired ceramic urn will outlast almost any other material you could choose.
Yes — we ship worldwide from our studio in Ho Chi Minh City, with tracking. Customers in the US, UK, Canada and Australia make up most of our orders. Import duties, where they apply, are the buyer's responsibility.
Every piece ships in three layers of shockproof packaging. If it still arrives damaged, send us a photo and we will remake and reship it at no cost to you.
Because each piece is sculpted for one specific pet, we cannot resell it, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. That is exactly why we send you a photo of the sculpture before firing — so anything you want changed gets changed while it still can be.
Of course, and plenty of people do. The same hand-sculpted figurines go on treat jars, food bowls, mugs and keychains. Have a look at our gifts collection.
