We would rather answer a question before you order than fix a problem afterwards. Email us with a photo of your pet and whatever you are unsure about — size, timing, design, anything.
We reply within one business day, usually sooner. Our studio runs on Indochina Time (UTC+7), so if you are in North America expect a reply overnight.
Ordering through Etsy
Most orders come through our Etsy shop, where you can message us directly and orders are covered by Etsy's buyer protection.
What to include
- Photos of your pet, if you have them handy
- Their weight, so we can suggest a size
- Any date you are working towards
- Whether this is a memorial piece or a gift — it changes what we suggest

This is a working studio, not a shop — please email before visiting.
If you have just lost your pet — there is no rush on our side. Ashes keep indefinitely and the piece will be no different if you order in three months. Take the time you need.
