Track your order
Each piece has its own private page, where you can send us photos, check progress and approve the sculpture before it is fired.
Your link is in your email
After you ordered, we sent an email titled “Where to follow your piece” from orders@pepplestudio.com. It has one link for each piece. Search your inbox for that title — and check spam or promotions too.
Keep that email: the links are how you get back in, and you can forward one to family so they can look too.
Can’t find it?
Enter the email you ordered with and we will send you a reminder of the pieces we are making for you. If that email is gone for good, write to info@pepplestudio.com and we will help.
