How your parcel gets there

Canada is the currency our Etsy shop is denominated in, which means Canadian buyers avoid the exchange spread other markets pay. Parcels clear through CBSA and are delivered by Canada Post. Where duty or GST/HST applies, Canada Post collects it at the door along with their handling fee.

Final delivery is handled by Canada Post, and tracking continues through to your door.

Customs and duties

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Where they apply they are collected by Canada Border Services Agency or by the carrier on their behalf, and they are the buyer's responsibility.

Thresholds and rates change, sometimes at short notice, so we do not quote figures here — a wrong number on this page would be a wrong promise about your money. Check the current rules at Canada Border Services Agency .

Your rights as a Canadian buyer

Our Etsy shop is priced in Canadian dollars, so Canadian customers see the true price with no conversion at checkout.

Separately from any of that: if a piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days and we remake it free. See the breakage warranty.

Ordering for a date

With a 4–7 week lead time, Christmas orders should be placed by early November and Valentine's Day orders by early January.

If you are working towards a specific date, message us before ordering. We will tell you honestly whether it is achievable rather than take the order and hope.

Pricing in CAD

Our Etsy shop is priced in Canadian dollars. Etsy converts to CAD at checkout using its own rate, so the figure you pay may differ slightly from a direct conversion of the listed price.
